How it works

A morning with your agent.

Marina runs finance at a distribution company. This is how her agent works for her on an ordinary Tuesday: the data is demo data, and the message, the citations and the signing rules are the product's.

It works by day.It learns at night. In the morning it tells you how your number is doing.

  1. It reads before you do.

While you slept, it read the ERP, the CRM and the company's documents. Only with the tools you gave it, and every read goes into the audit log.

    Reading · 07:40

    • Odoo · cash flowSeptember
    • Odoo · contracts12 active
    • HubSpot · payment history3 customers

    Four reads, no changes.

  2. It writes to you where you already are.

At the time you chose, on WhatsApp, Slack, Telegram or email. First what is waiting for you; then what matters today.

Cash, collections and a contract about to renew — Tuesday 9/29/2026

    Hi, Marina.

    Waiting for you:

Open decision: do we approve the 5% increase for Logística Andina?

    What matters today:

Three invoices more than 30 days overdue add up to US$ 48,200.[1]

With September's collections, cash covers 41 days of payments.[2]

The freight contract with Transportes Sur auto-renews on 10/15, with an 18% increase.[3]

    Where you chose

  3. Every fact, with its source.

Every line says where it came from, and the platform checks that the source is among what the agent actually read. Whatever doesn't have one goes separately, as opinion.

    Inferences (no cited source):

If the dollar keeps rising at this week's pace, it makes sense to bring foreign payments forward.

  4. You decide with a letter.

Up to three decisions, with the option it recommends and why. You reply "A1" and it is signed in your name, as long as you write from the number you linked.

    Decisions:

    A. How do we proceed with Ferretería Oeste?

    • 2) Offer a three-installment plan
    • 3) Suspend their credit account — signed in the portal

    B. Do we renew with Transportes Sur at +18%?

    • 1) Ask for another quote before 10/10 (recommended)
    • 2) Renew as it is
    • 3) Sign the renewal at +18% — signed in the portal

The problem

Most companies that try AI get nowhere.

According to a 2025 MIT study, 95% of generative AI projects produce no measurable return. It is not a problem with the model — it is that the solutions sold today are generic, designed to work in any company, and end up not understanding the real process of yours. They get tested in an isolated pilot, with nobody inside to take them to production, and they stay there.

How it gets built

The solution is not another platform. It is an engineer inside your company.

At YoRobot we don't sell a platform for you to configure on your own. One of our engineers joins your team, understands your specific process and builds the agent with you — not for you. And when it is ready, an independent verifier re-reads your system to confirm the task was actually solved. That is how we break the paradigm: we don't automate generic processes, we do professional engineering tailored to each company.

The Brain learns your company

Your documents, and your live systems: HubSpot and Odoo come in as sources, and every fact keeps its citation.

  • What gets learned stays in your space, not in a model
  • Every new agent starts out knowing what was already known

Every person, with their agent

It starts from a proven template, and one of our engineers tunes it with each person: what it reads, what it does on its own and what it always asks first. It is rehearsed against real cases before you let it go.

  • It starts with minimal permissions: only the irreversible waits
  • It connects to your ERP, email, bank, CRM and any API or MCP

You talk to it before letting go

You ask, you correct, you show it a case. It has memory and knows what it read. When it answers well, it starts working on its own.

  • Every agent shows what it spent today and this month
  • A written spending cap, with a warning at 80%

The portal

And everything stays in plain sight.

What each agent closed, what is waiting for you and how much has been spent. The discrepancies —the agent said one thing and the verification measured another— are the first thing you look at.

YoRobot's Home for an organization: cases closed and verified this month, discrepancies, tasks waiting for approval, spend against the cap, and the breakdown per agent.
The Home screen, with demo figures.

How it is built

An agent can say it's done. We measure it.

The verifier re-reads the source of truth —your database, your ERP, the outbox— outside the agent and with read-only credentials different from its own, and compares it against the state from before. That is how it separates what this job changed from what was already like that.

We don't ask the agent whether it did it. We re-read your system.

Verification with a dial

Full, re-read, sampling or none, agent by agent. Unverified never counts as verified.

A person before anything irreversible

Paying, publishing, deleting: nothing goes out without your approval, and it is signed in the portal with your own user. In chat you can only choose what can be undone, and only from the number you linked.

The model doesn't hold your keys

Credentials live outside the agent's environment, in a bridge that applies the permissions and logs every call.

A hard spending cap

Every task with a maximum budget. When it runs out, the queue stops and tells you instead of spending on.

Almost the entire market supervises one model with another model. When both share the same blind spot, the supervisor approves the mistake.

Cases

Each one is a real process, running today.

No figures yet: we publish them once the verifier has re-read a full month of each. Until then, the process.

Municipal health · WhatsApp

Appointments for health centers

The resident asks over WhatsApp, the agent finds a slot in the schedule, confirms and reminds. Changing or cancelling an appointment waits for approval.

Citizen services · triage

Triage of incoming requests

It classifies, answers what it can resolve and routes the rest to the right department with the context already assembled. Only the irreversible waits for a person.

Certification · audits

Audit preparation

It reads the file, the client's history in HubSpot and the standard, and assembles the dossier with a citation for every source. Read-only: it never touches the CRM.

Our commitment

We only take on processes that pay off.

Discovery sets the return before we start: if a process doesn't pay for what it costs to automate, we tell you and we don't take it. Model cost is separate and at cost, with a cap: you see it in Usage, agent by agent.

Fewer people doing tasks by hand. More people deciding.
